Welcome to StoreHub! This Commission Policy outlines how commissions are calculated, applied, and distributed on sales made through our multivendor marketplace. By selling on StoreHub, you agree to the following commission terms.
💼 1. Global Commission Rate
All vendors are subject to a default 10% commission on each sale. This means that for every product sold, 10% of the sale amount is retained by StoreHub as a service fee, and the remaining 90% is paid to the vendor.
🗂️ 2. Category-Based Commissions
To ensure fairness and sustainability, we apply custom commission rates based on product categories. These rates override the global rate where applicable.

Services (e.g. design) | 20% |
Dropshipping Products | 15% |
Note: If your product belongs to multiple categories, the highest applicable commission rate may be applied.
👤 3. Vendor-Specific Commissions
We reserve the right to offer custom commission rates to select vendors based on:
- Sales volume
- Product quality
- Partnership agreements
If you have a special agreement, it will override both global and category-based commissions.
💳 4. Payouts & Fees
- Payments are split automatically using our secure payment gateway.
- StoreHub retains the commission and transfers the rest to the vendor.
- Payouts are processed within 3–7 business days after the order is marked “Completed.”
- Standard payment gateway processing fees (e.g., Flutterwave, PayPal, or mobile money) may apply.
📦 5. Returns & Refunds
In the case of refunds:
- StoreHub’s commission will also be refunded, provided the refund is initiated and approved by both the vendor and buyer. Except Payment processing fees will not be refunded.
- For disputes, StoreHub will mediate to ensure fair outcomes for both parties.
💎 6. Vendor Subscription Plans (Optional)
Vendors can upgrade their account by subscribing to a premium plan that includes:
- Featured store placement
- Product highlight boosts
- Priority support
- Additional tools and analytics
